Senior Showcase 5/30-5/31

For the senior showcase you will need to have

Please fill-in the Senior Showcase Coverage spreadsheet for your team. I need at least one, preferably two, team members for each session (Wed advisory, Thu advisory, and Thu after school). If you have any set-up needs indicate in the notes column.
  1. 7-12 slide presentation summarizing the goals, development, testing, results, and lessons learned from the project.
  2. A trifold display for the project
  3. A working demo of your project

Senior Showcase Update!

Thank you for participating in the Senior Showcase!

Here is more information about the event:


May 30, 2018

  • From 3:00 - 3:30, the 9th and 10th grade Advisory students will come see your presentations.

May 31, 2018

  • From 3:00 - 3:30pm, the 11th and 12th grade Advisory students will come see your presentations. From 3:30pm - 6:00pm is the formal presentation time open to parents, mentors, guest judges, community members, etc.
    • You should plan on being the for the whole length of the evening, plus clean up time.


  • The Showcase occurs in the Boeing Presentation Center (BPC).


  • You will be showcasing your work “Science Fair style” with tables, tri-folds, laptops, etc
  • You will be talking to people as they move from table to table through the BPC.
  • Each of you will have a long table to use.
  • We recommend forming a ring around the outside of the room.


  • You will be able to set up your table before school and during lunch on May 30.
  • You may leave some materials there, such as your tri-fold.
  • Valuable equipment and laptop video presentations should not be left overnight or during the day.


  • Please invite your friends and family! (Especially since they will be voting!)
  • We will have coffee service for our guests.
    • You might want to bring water and/or a snack to make it through to the end.
