You will have three project presentations.

May 30th - RAHS Project Showcase in BPC during advisory. You will need 
  • your project artifacts 
  • a professional looking tri-fold
June 5th - Final Presentation to Judges during 3rd period block. You will need 
  • your final slide deck
  • your project artifacts
June 6th - RAHS Project Showcase at MoF after school. You will need
  • your project artifacts
  • a professional looking tri-fold.

Subject: Update on Student Showcase details


Hello, Scholars!

I met with our contact at the Museum of Flight to confirm the presentation of your projects during the First Thursday event on June 6.

Here are some details to consider and some questions for you:

A.      The first round of presentations occur on May 30, 2019

1.       Where? In the BPC

2.       When? During Advisory

3.       There will be tables and chairs for everyone.

4.       You should bring your own power cords.

5.       I have tri-folds for each group; pick it up anytime!

6.       This event is for RAHS students to see your work and to practice your pitch before Round 2.

7.       Do you have any questions about this event?

B.      The second round of presentations occur on June 6, 2019

1.       Where? At the Museum of Flight

a.       Under the Blackbird! J

2.       When? 5 – 7 pm

a.       You may enter to set up between 3:30 and 4pm.

b.       If you need a parent/non-member guest to help you set up prior to 4pm, please let me know so I can get wrist bands for them.

c.       Guests (including your family members) will be allowed in promptly at 5pm.

3.       Museum parking is first come, first served.

4.       There is a large delivery door/elevator to bring large items/vehicles into the museum for display. If you need extra space/assistance for heavy/large items, please share info/dimensions to me so that we can plan ahead.

5.       There will be tables and chairs and extension cords for everyone.

6.       Personal items/presentation materials will not be secure (and members of the public have taken unsupervised materials in previous events).
